I have been a long time Elgato user, since 2013 with my first Game Capture Card. Throughout the years I have upgraded, and I feel like the software has taken a massive nose dive. The main feature I use, Flashback recording, has been completely phased out. I purchased a 4k X a few months ago specifically to use the 4k Capture Utility and the flashback recording. And now the software doesn't work and is end-of-lifed. The only software available is Studio, which does not have any form of flashback.
Overall I am feeling extremely disappointed.
