Hôtels pour Marathon de Paris 2027

Bonjour!

Merci!

(M’excusez mes erreurs de français svp…)

I'm looking for some advice. Paris Marathon: am I crazy to book a hotel in the 3rd or 4th arrondissement, or maybe the 11th? My husband will be running the marathon, and I'll be there to support him. I've been to Paris several times, but it's his first time. The 8th and 9th arrondissements, and the area near the Arc de Triomphe, don't really interest me.

We'll be there for a week (a few days before the race and after).

Thanks!

Lumpia filling texture

Question from a non Filipino newbie. I’ve been trying to “master” (whatever that means) lumpia and I think what I have is pretty close—I made a small back of 20 and my husband ate 15 in one day so I call that a success. BUT, we have had some from Filipino friends where the filling was almost pâté like in texture. Mine is more like a more finely chopped version of a Chinese eggroll (I’m Chinese). It’s fine the way it is—they are yummy and I far prefer the thin lumpia wrappers over Chinese eggroll/wonton style wrapper. But I can’t figure out how to get the pate like texture.

Any ideas? (Unless that was just a quirk of that one family…)

Thanks for any help!
