With Safeway in Twinbrook closed, where's the closest place I can recycle plastic grocery bags now?
I usually bring my own grocery bags when I go shopping these days, but I still get them when I order from restaurants to pick up food, etc. I used to put them in the Twinbrook Safeway, but I don't know who accepts them now that it closed. The Asian grocery store that replaced it doesn't do it.

Plug in Solar just became legal in Maryland, What does this mean for me?
So Maryland just passed a law that made us able to install plug in solar:

Right now, besides Utah, Maryland is the only state where this legal, though a few more will follow.
I'm trying to understand what this would mean for me as someone who owns a townhouse. We have a Condo Association that generally lets the owners do what they want. I've been thinking about getting something like this install on my roof deck:
I would ideally like to have an awning or pergola installed with solar panels, but I don't know much about the structural integrity, one time cost versus long term, etc. I frankly don't know if it would blow off my roof during a big storm. Anyway of any experience with this, or know any trustworthy consultants that are willing to answer a lot of first time dumb questions?
