Qatar refund held / hold by Agent
hi
I have booked ticket (travel date March 7th), and due to middle east disturbances asked Agent in Bengaluru to Cancel. He cancelled but keep on saying that he has not received refund from Qatar. Its over 2 months. Fedup and frustration.
Where can I complaint this with Qatar?
