!!AUGUST REDDIT MEET UPDATE!!

Just wanted to update everyone that we will not be having our August Reddit Meet this month. Due to scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, the heat, and some family matters, we have been unable to solidify arrangements.

With that being said, we will have two opportunities to meet up in September. We'd love for as many of you as possible to join us at the free fishing event on September 12th that is being put on by the ODWC, which I have linked below. Feel free to reach out to u/cowboy_duck for any information that you may need. We will also have our regularly scheduled Reddit Meet later in September. This, hopefully, will also get us out of this extreme heat that we have been having lately.

Thanks again, everyone! We will see you all soon and stay cool!!

Our Nineteenth Reddit Meet was Packin' Heat!!

I'd say we beat the heat...barely, haha. It was a HOT one so we are grateful to everyone that made it out. We are also super grateful to the crew at Bungalow 23 as they are always top tier.

We continue posting some unedited photos, when given permission, just as a way to share more about our group.

I will post about the next meet in a week or so. Again, we are moving around to all days of the week to give everyone a chance to join us.

As always, I did want to comment for anyone that may be on the fence about attending, for whatever reason. Please feel free to reach out to me and I will do my best to alleviate any concerns that you may have. We aim to provide a very chill, laid back environment. I'm a very anxious person myself and often need a pep talk, haha. We want you to join us and push past anything that may holding you back. We believe that you will be glad you came.

Those who attended PLEASE feel free to share your experiences in the comment section! Did you get a tan/sunburn? Stay inside with the A/C? What did you have to eat? Were you able to speak with/meet any of the crew at the venues? We'd love to hear yall's stories.

With that said: SEE YOU ALL IN THE NEXT POST AND EVENT!!

Friendly Reminder: Our Nineteenth Reddit Meet is Today at Bungalow 23 @ 2pm!!

Just wanted to send out a reminder that our Nineteenth Reddit Meet is at 2pm today at Bungalow 23!

It looks like it will be pretty hot so we plan to stay shaded and hydrated! Bring your sunscreen, if needed, or whatever else may help you beat the heat.

All ages are allowed so feel free to bring the kids, if you'd like!! Dogs are also welcome.

Some of us will arrive early and have orange leis to make us easier to find, which we will provide for everyone. So, if you see someone wearing an orange lei then it should be okay to approach them and verify our location and grab a lei. I'll do my best to DM everyone and feel free to DM me if you have any questions! Hope you all make it!!

Our Nineteenth Reddit Meet will be at Bungalow 23 on Saturday, July 25th, @ 2pm!!

Continuing to make the rounds, we will be revisiting Bungalow 23 for our next Meet on Saturday, July 25th. Bungalow 23 is a collection of bars and restaurants that share a common outdoor patio space which offers a family-friendly, dog-friendly, laid-back atmosphere. Parking is outlined in the photo above.

To combat the heat, there are several pergolas to provide shade and plenty of indoor areas to keep cool. As always, stay hydrated!

The usual info below:

People can feel free to come and go as they please and we feel this will provide a more laid back atmosphere for everyone to mingle and move around. It's all about relaxing, having a good time, and meeting new people.

Some of us will arrive early and have orange leis to make us easier to find, which we will provide for everyone. So, if you see someone wearing an orange or red lei then it should be okay to approach them and verify our location and grab a lei.

I will do my absolute best to DM as many people as possible, however, it may be a good idea to follow my posts so that no one gets left out. We are very grateful for everyone's interest and hope that as many of you can make it as possible. I'm going to edit in the link to my previous post below. Do not hesitate to reach out to me at anytime, if you need.

If you're new to town or just wanting to get out, whatever your reason, we hope that you find a way to attend. We aim to provide a fun, low-key, and family-friendly environment for everyone to just chat and chill. No pressure.

Hope to see you all there!!

Our Seventeenth Reddit Meet will be at Parlor OKC on Wednesday, May 27th, @ 7pm!!

We are super excited to return to Parlor OKC!! It was the location of our Second Reddit Meet and one of the few early locations that we haven't had a chance to revisit. It always held a special place with us because it was there that we realized that we had something special. Our First Meet had four of us and, by the Second Meet at Parlor, we jumped to over twenty! So, naturally, we are happy to finally return.
