I felt the urge. I used a tool from my workbench and went to the restroom during a meeting and just did it. 5 small movements.

Part of me wishes it was deeper, but I’m also glad it wasn’t. I used an old first aid kit to dress the wound, and it bled through the gauze a little bit but I have long sleeves.

My whole arm is lit up, and healing from an entire week of binging SH. They don’t know how much I’m hurting.
