I have an issue with Irish level scaling. I have nightmarish level scaling on.

When in England, enemies have a red skull icon and take lots of hits, as they should. When in Ireland, enemies have a green dot icon and have barely any health.

Why is this?

Hello, I have not been able to find an answer to this online so I am posting here. I am playing as bohemia. The czech culture has the "industrious" tradition. I am Czech, and so are the counties of Praha and Ćáslav. I directly own the baronies of Prague and Ćáslav. Both Prague and Ćáslav are the "hills" terrain. I have a windmill and watermill in Prague. I have a windmill in Ćáslav, but I can not build a watermill in Ćáslav. Why not?

I just got to here arena, the game mentions I can boast but doesnt explain what that is or how to do it and I can not find good results online. I tried to just do one of the stories but I still don't understand. Please explain.

I'm a new player so I am playing ass petty king murchad. I've become king of Ireland, though a peasant faction has formed against me. Their 1 member is the peasants of Ormond. I checked my popular opinion in Ormond, and it said "+10 Erc (my bishop) -30 Forest of Corpses. I can't click on this with tooltips. I have not done any event I recall that would cause this. This land was previously ruled by another ruler who I vassalised then revoked the title of.
