Looks like it's also a fundraiser to help fight food insecurity.
We are traveling in Italy through much of June and I'm trying to determine if any scheduled strikes might impact us.
I know this is the "official" page:

But, it is kind of sparse on info, and I'm not sure I'm interpreting it correctly.
One point of confusion, is coming from this page:

which lists:

But the only thing I see on the official site is a local strike in Udine, Italy on June 19th, and nothing on the 20th.
Is it possible that the strike is planned, but not official yet, so that's why it's not on the MIT site? Or maybe it was planned, but got called off and the dolcevia.com site is out of date?
I have several train journeys I want to check for possible strikes, but I'm not sure if checking mit.gov.it is enough and if it has limitations or if there is anywhere else I should be looking.
My wife, daughter (17yo) and I would like to take a cooking class when we are in Italy in June. Our more relaxed locations with more free time are probably when we are in Perugia (8th & 9th) and in the Cinque Terra region (staying in Vernazza - 11th & 12th). Has anyone taken a cooking class in either of these regions that they would recommend? I'm just looking at viator right now, but let me know if there is another good resource for finding cooking classes.
