I submitted mine exactly a week ago and got the email that it was accepted for processing today. I also finally got the email that my original MMC application was accepted for processing as well, so im just trying to gauge whether I should get both printed around the same time
I scheduled a drug test with LabCorp for my original MMC and when I gave them the CG-719P they told me they couldnt do it without an "account number" and sent me to another place. I called the other place and asked if they did DOT-7 tests and they said they do if Ive got the paperwork and to walk in. I go to the new place and give them the CG-719P and they tell me they can't do anything without a chain of custody.
Is the DOT-7 the correct test for my MMC?
If so, how do I get chain of custody or an account number?
Im sure these questions are asked frequently on this sub so apologies for padding the sub out with more basic questions, but I couldnt find answers to my exact questions.

First, I'm applying for my TWIC on tuesday, and planning on sending in my MMC application that day as well. On the form, it says that if you dont have your TWIC in hand it can add even more time to be approved. So should I wait until I physically get my TWIC to apply or apply as soon as I can?

Second, I read that you no longer need to swear an oath and have it notarized. Is this true? Do I just leave the line for the oath givers signature blank?
