We used to have Tenta Outdoors, Temojin, etc discuss the happenings on the show each week and discuss contestants' strategies and compare to their own experiences out there. Also, our boy Dub had announced the week before the show he was going to do a weekly show. Now radio silence from all of them. No updates. No "Well, I got busy ..."

It appears the show has outlawed the former contestants discussing the show.

If so, This is such a bad decision. These foks enhanced the viewing experience and ar part of the fabric of the community, you'd think the producers would understand they enhance the community of the show and provide a unique context for viewers/fans of the show. And you'd think the show would be on board with former contestants building a brand, which in turn helps the show itself grow.

Maybe an ex-contestant can jump in here and confirm / deny this but it seems like maybe they were warned against doing so. Either way, bad deal!

Is that not a thing anymore? I can't find a single one. Did the show ask these folks to stop? Are they out there but just not showing up in my Search Results?

I feel like there was a real breakdown in this sketch and it leaves me horrified and outraged. The fact that they showed such a blatant disregard for Animal Handler protocol, leading to the the huge juicy snake escaping to brutally attack Norm. And then lucky his good buddy Adam Eget was there to (unwillingly but unsurprisingly ably!) suck out the sweet delicious venom. Norm was over here battling for his life, but having to put on a strong face while Adam enthusiastically sucked him dry. It made for an absolute mess of a cold open, and almost led to an entire fanbase witnessing their hero's death before they even knew he was sick! Calamatous. Someone needs to reach out to Norm and tell him next time, get better animal handlers! Ok. I've said my piece.
