Are there any vegan restaurants or food trucks in Rock Hill?

I’m looking for a menopause specialist in the Charlotte area. Preferably someone within the Atrium or Novant groups for insurance purposes. I have used the menopause society page a little and got a few names from there, but nobody with great reviews in this specialty. It was recommended to me to find someone who is not also an OB, which seems impossible.

I’ve had previous posts regarding the oil consumption issues with my car. I am the only owner and bought it new from this dealership. In the last 2 years it has failed I believe 3 oil consumption tests and has had 4 combustion chamber cleanings. (Corporate and the dealer all refuse to replace the engine even tho it’s a known issue with this particular one) I come in for an oil change today, and they tell me that it looks like the oil is mixing with the coolant. And seems to be leaking some oil from the drain plug. Could be head gasket issue. Could be leaking from the oil pan etc etc. I am paying $217 for the diagnostic to figure out what’s happening. I initially asked them to let me know how much oil it has used since the last oil change. I know that the oil was barely registering on the tip of the dipstick this morning. I have also put 2 quarts in myself.

Is it possible that all of the combustion chamber cleanings in a short amount of time could cause other issues? Again, it’s just now at the dealership and I won’t know until later what the diagnosis is.

Any advice at this point is greatly appreciated.

I’ve been on hrt for about 6 weeks now. I am on .05 estradiol patch 1x week and 200 progesterone daily. The first couple weeks I truly was sleeping better. Even though I would wake up groggy and be a little foggy all day. I realized I had to take the progesterone earlier in the evening so I could actually wake up in the morning. But now, I’m back to waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep for hours sometimes. It’s very frustrating. Overall, my mood has improved and hot flashes are gone. But sleep or lack there of is doing me in. Is there going to be some evening out? Or do I need to look at different doses? Or am I just doomed to never sleep more than 2 hours at a time? Should also mention that I now wake up to go to the bathroom a minimum of 2 times a night. Sometimes up to 4 times. I’m exhausted.
