To those who passed the PLE, meron ba kayong gut feel na papasa kayo?

Honestly, di ko alam kung di ko lang talaga napprocess pa properly pero after 1st weekend, guminhawa lang pakiramdam ko. Parang nabunutan ako ng tinik kahit ang dami kong di sure sa mga sagot dahil parang MPL 1 lahat. Didn't even bother to open the forum or magcheck ng answers kasi ayoko ma-dishearten lang til next week haha.

Di ko sure kung ito na ba yung "believe in yourself" moment ko at faith, or sobrang numb na lang talaga.

Anyway, laban ulit mga doc. Ika nga nila'y it ain't over 'til it's over.

Hi docs, curious lang if during Pearls and Bonus Lec, may irerelease ba silang another set of handouts (parang quickie notes ganon) or super summarized na OR puro rationale na lang? Paano ba ganap dun? Thanks, docs! Ingat kayo lahat.

Hi, docs. I enrolled in another review center but decided to do the fast track since I've heard it has super high yield especially for the basics. While browsing the site, I found out there are Wave 1 and Wave 2 sessions, plus highlights and more on the rationale. When do you think is the best time to watch them? Are there any synchronous lectures starting September 20 (what's the deal with that, is it like the rationale too) and will they provide practice questions or like mock boards as well? Thank you so much hehe.

It has been more than a year and yet I still think of you - when things get rougher than usual, when things go the way I exactly planned to, or when I suddenly remember the places we used to go to. And then it all comes crashing down - how I begged you to be truthful to me, yet you still betrayed me, along with those other little pieces I tried to connect, only to realize that maybe I hadn't known you as well as I thought I did.

It's probably the nostalgia, the familiarity, or maybe the fact that I'm at my most vulnerable state right now. Maybe that's why you've been on my mind recently and why I'm having all these emotions all at once. No matter how much I deny it, those memories keep circling back.

Hi docs, currently enrolled in another RC but I really am interested in getting the final coaching of EMD. Usually, how much does it cost, when does it start, and what should I expect (like parang quick run through lang ba sya or more on practice tests, etc). Wala talaga akong idea haha. Been thinking of subscribing to PLE Blueprint. Worth it ba sya for its price? Is it easy to navigate and high yield ba? Currently enrolled in TN naman na but natetempt ako for the practice tests. Also ang daming feedback rin kasi na sobrang high yield yung final coaching ng EMD.

Pahingi thoughts nyo pls. Marami bang pulot sa last boards?

Been going to the gym since Feb and I already noticed some changes in my body. Last May, I decided to cut for a month (almost always hitting my protein target), however, I lost muscle mass and gained fat instead. I computed everything prior - calorie intake, protein, carbs etc.

Now, I feel like doing a cut again to finally achieve my goal, but I'm scared it'll have a huge effect on my mood, energy, and overall mental health since I am also preparing for boards.

Any thoughts about this?

I've been feeling overwhelmed lately - going on duty, boards prep, and yung wala akong matakbuhan kasi my friends are all busy. I go to gym 3-4x a week, no soc med, and rarely watch shows kasi parang drained ako though I go out alone once in awhile.

I've been thinking of booking a cleaning service for my small apartment dahil pagod na rin ako maglinis talaga alone. Any recommendations that are definitely worth the buck? Also, di ko kasi alam if need ko ba maghelp sa kanila cleaning ganun pero baka kasi may sarili silang system and baka mas tumagal hahaha. Paano ba system sa ganito? Thank you

I went to a bakal gym for 3 months and had a coach so siya talaga nag-plan ng workouts ko. However, I realized na mas napapamahal na ako lately and may basics naman na ako so I opted to enroll in a commercial gym. Medyo nahirapan lang ako to make a workout split. Used chatgpt to make me one (sorry na huhu)

Profile: Female, Normal BMI but skinny fat (17.9% skeletal muscle mass, 33.4% body mass fat), started cal def and has been hitting protein goal at least 100g for about a week now.

WEEKLY STRUCTURE

• Dumbbell Bicep Curl and Hammer Curl 3x15

DAY 4 – LOWER BODY

• Goblet Squat 3x15

• Romanian Deadlift 3x15

• Adductor Machine 3x15

• Abductor Machine 3x15

• Leg Extension 3x15

DAY 5 – UPPER BODY

• Shoulder Press 3x15

• Face pulls 3x15

• Lateral Raise 3x15

I also include core (usually leg raises, scissor kicks, deadbug, bicycle, heel to toe) after and 10-15min incline walk sa treadmill.

May need pa ba ako i-tweak? Or okay na ito?
