Hello Citrus people! I need a bit of help with diagnosing a new development on my little citrus tree.  1.Would these little lumps be a sign of the Citrus Gall Wasp or a bacterial/fungal disease like Crown Gall? I want to try to help my plant before it's too late. A few follow up questions. 2.What is the best course of action here? 3.Are the lumps causing the tops of the plant to die? (See additional photos) 4.Should I attempt to cut all of the lumps off? 5.Are there any less invasive treatments that don't involve cutting? 6.Does this tree need to be in quarantine/stored far from my other citrus trees/plants? 7.Any way(s) I can prevent the lumps from happening in the future?
