No matter how I change the settings, it doesn't work properly for all apps.

For line messager, frequently the notifications are not displayed right away and I receive it all at once when I open the app. Losing important conversation.

Even tough battery settings are changed all to allow background consumption, allowing all notifications as priority display and also opening on start up and and deselecting to pause activity when unused. App should work fine, but it doesn't.

Gmail and WhatsApp works fine, although WhatsApp sometimes delay as well. There are other apps with issue even with the settings done.
