usps did do their job

Okay, I know there are so many complaints about them, and I didn't trust them either. On Saturday, my package was delivered to my parcel box (yes, community mailboxes suck in new houses), and I went to pick it up. Usually, a key should be there, but no key was found. I submitted a service request online, and so far 4 people have called me to follow up. They eventually told the delivery person to go find the package, and he admitted he had forgotten to leave a key in my mailbox and later delivered it to my porch. Yes, I thought no one would care and that I had to file a credit card chargeback, but luckily, they are pretty on top of service requests. So please don't lose hope. USPS does do its job.
