Bought a used Corolla, good condition but still needs some repair, what garage would you suggest ( good price, good service)

So i found a Mitsubishi in very clean condition, 2020 very good looking condition (without inspection) the issue is the selleris having many cars to sell i dont know where he finding these cars and honestly i dont trust these kind of sellers eapecially in cars, i asked him if i can inspect the car he said no issues but i still dont trust, especially when i asked if someone else inspected so i avoid to inspect it again he said we didnt agree on the price so a previous person refused to send him the report, so i need your honest opinion about these kind of sellers that have many cars to sell,

I had a serious pain so i didnt have time to choose, i went to the first dental clinic near my stay,i asked for how much is the filling they said 250qr i went up to the doctor after an X-ray he just removed the nerve ( it took him 10mnts max ) and said you need to comback again next 3 days, going down i have been charged 300qr i was ok she said cuz he had to open more the teeth ( how can you fill without opening the teeth) but i said its ok its not a big deal, next time i returned he finished the filling and all good and guess what they charged me another 250qr this time, i was like what do you mean i need to pay again ? She said oh no the first 300 was only to clean now you have to pay the filling ??? Is that a scam ?? I know they have the right to charge ang amount but why they dont clarify from the beginning? They keep advertise that its only 250 and when you ask thm they say its only 250 but hidden charges are double is that something that i need to complain about ?

Budget 30k to 40k
I dont know what to choose between:
- Toyota corolla arround 180k maillage
- Almost new cherry car 30k to 40k maillage
- FJ CRUISER arround 200k maillage
- any other suggestions
