Went to pack my Kakwa 55 today. While it was on the floor, I loosened the load lifter straps, and this sewing popped right off with zero resistance. Has anyone had this issue with their bag? Thanks.

Slipped up over the last few days. Cant explain why or how. Been off for about a month. Did myself a disservice. Need some advice. My girlfriend is disappointed in me and I want to make her and myself proud once again.

Cannot return gear, FYI.
I have a dive rite XT SS backplate which is 3/8”.
However, the wing that I have, its grommet size is 1/2”.
Is there absolutely anything I can do to make this difference in size feasible for a setup?

Finally! After getting through the first day, which sucked, today was seemingly fine. I am now 48 hours nicotine free but I’m looking forward to the 5 day mark more so.
Now how do I stop eating so much food? I eat tons throughout the day and I’m trying to limit it
Will this food craving subside?
