NIPT normal 13 week scan normal

I got my nipt back and it was normal, that felt like the first hurdle. I just had my 13 week NT scan and it was all looking good. I’m so so hopeful but still cautious. They offered me a 16-18 week scan but I didn’t think it was necessary since I’ll have the 20 week scan. Wondering if anyone has accepted an additional scan and if anything came up on that or should I just wait for the 20 week.

Thoughts and questions about current pregnancy post tfmr

I had a tfmr in February of this year, got a positive pregnancy test a few months later, told some people too early I guess and started bleeding around 4 weeks 6 days. Dr ruled it a chemical pregnancy. I am now pregnant again to the point of symptoms but I refuse to think about it much. Outside of making a drs apt I haven’t told anyone aside from my husband. I haven’t calculated my due date. I’m worried if I do all that I will miscarry or something bad will happen.
My apt isn’t until mid September and I requested to be seen earlier due to the two previous losses but the nurse I spoke to on the phone was not sympathetic to my situation. I messaged the dr and that same nurse replied honestly in a condescending way saying “there really are no openings and you wouldn’t be able to get nipt til 10 weeks anyways” my tfmr was due to t21 so i feel like she was assuming that’s what i wanted but it pissed me off so I snapped back at her and just said basically this is my 4th pregnancy and I know when I can take nipt and I wanted an ultrasound to see if there was even a heartbeat. A different nurse replied they would put me on the waitlist but of course I’m not hopeful I will get in early.
I’m just kind of ranting because I hope someone here can relate and also I haven’t told anyone so I just need to get this out somewhere.

My question is about unisom and b6.
I started getting some bad nausea and decided to try the unisom+b6 combo. I took half a unisom two nights in a row and yesterday I was a complete zombie for most of the day. I’m not sure which is worse, being a zombie or being nauseous. Has anyone experienced this? Should I cut the unisom into 1/4ths or just stick it out with the nausea?
Thanks for reading.

Chemical pregnancy after tfmr in February

Title says it all. I had a tfmr in February at 13 weeks for t21. I conceived this past cycle, tested positive, told some close family and started bleeding yesterday. Hcg came back at a 6, home pregnancy test was now negative. I’m not sure what to say. I’m worried that I’m unable to conceive. I thought the odds of my t21 baby were crazy and a fluke but having two “failed” pregnancies in a row sucks. A lot. I have one living son who is two and I feel like he’s the fluke and I’ll never be able to conceive again.
If you have been through something like this is there any positivity?
Allowing myself to imagine my life each time I have a positive test only to have it ripped away from you is so so painful. I don’t know how many times I can do this.
Any words of advice?
I guess I should continue to test after the initial positive. I did a little bit but not much. Maybe that will help not getting my hopes up too much the next time I get pregnant(hopefully)
