Few years ago co-worker asked me to help on their data synchronization script from one database (own by another department) to another database (own by us) that "no longer work and slow to query"

I step in to help and I found the one SQL call with 1000+ lines involved with joining 7 tables together , 4 subquries and most of lines are CASE WHEN from existing columns to create the new flag columns to fit the schema at target database Took me several minutes to found that it was about WHERE Conditions that not using index properly. And these sql found across several scripts that run several daily tasks on server.

I feel like our database schema and script designed is completely shitshow but nobody want or dare to change because it will "break" their reporting system.

Has anyone else found something similar to me?

Dead /Live syllables -> syllables end with stop (k t p ʔ) or not

Duplicate vowel/letters -> it has different sounds before it merged to same sounds.

Loanwords -> unusual spelling / tone / clusters

I planned to quit from Facebook that I used for over decades until several years ago when feeds are no longer show what "friends" posting.

My feed mostly show irreverent posts from random person without connection at all and sometimes fringe or extremist contents that drives me away from using it.

I tried deactivated account for few week as testing and after I reactivate, none of 400+ "friends" seems to notice why I'm gone. That's my wake up call.

Only things that hold me from completely delete account is I used Facebook at main social media's since middle school and I put a lot of photos and posts on school, university group there as Facebook is main social media in my country.

I need the solution to deal with my photos and se of my "useful" posts that wanted to host at somewhere else, yet I can control who is trust enough to see my stuff?

This is what I thinking after I saw many people:

• upload their own face to restyle their pic
• upload their hand for palm reading
• upload their own art to restyle, recoloring
• one of politicians said most people using LLM for horoscopes which often contains private informations and could lead to data privacy problem on the government AI passport project

This happened in most of banking apps in my country when attempting to register or changing security pin and it refused to continue unless you switch to mobile intenernet, citing security reason and claimed that using 4g/5g is more secure.

Does this feature really help on security or adding more problems when your don't have mobile data plans?

Turn out my particular disks have speed capped at 1.5Gb
I still need to find a way to set speed to SATA 3.0 or 6.0.

I hosted n8n and few other API on workplace's server for internal tools.

Some servers may have firewall policy that prevent accessing API or Local LLM endpoints from Work laptop.

Can I still add/edit the node that required to connect to these other endpoints and make it works like when I can "curl" or running python script on remote machine?
