I've had a bunch of cheap printers in the past. Wanhao i3, Ender 3, Sovol sv07, and I'm thinking of getting the U1 as a way to get away from printing as a hobby and just having a workhorse printer. No paper levelling, no estep calibrations, no fuss.

Anything I should be aware of before I place the order?

I've heard some people go back and forth, some people strongly use one over the other, and it seems to be based on the province. Google is telling me May 2-4 is just an Ontario thing but I've heard it exclusively used in parts of the Maritimes as well as some Americans calling their Memorial Day weekend May 2-4.
