My first Gretsch. I'm a blues guy. I didn't have a hollowbody in my collection, and I have plenty of Gibsons and Fenders in my studio. TV Jones brought me there. I have soapboxes, single coils and humbuckers and the derivatives. This is the MIchael Guy Chislett version of a Falcon. His endorsement didn't do anything for me, I'm not a worship guy. But the configuration of this guitar, with the Sitka top, the string-through Bigsby, and the pickups sold me.

I am tone chasing, so here's my new P90 Goldtop I bought yesterday at GC in Clackamas, Oregon. Plays quite well. The P90s are right on my target of smooth lows and good midrange. I'm a blues guy, and this guitar is going to be a nice add to my growing collection.

I wanted to join the mandolin club. I’m a guitarist. I find the sound fascinating. So much fun to play. I got this from a mom and pop store in Central Oregon for 800. i’m already developing playlists focused on mandolin. Just a bloody hoot.
