I'm a little flummoxed.
So Violet decided to go to Cairo, and she's 100% completed the area. She chose to stay a while longer and doesn't know how to get back to Finchie Forest, and I can't find the answer. Can anyone give us a way back? Thanks!

UPDATE: REQUEST FULFILLED
Violet and paradachs 9FL5V511HL
Hi Finchies! I am trying to create a Rosie the Riveter birb in honor of my grandmother. She was born in 1910, orphaned at 9, and an indentured servant at 19. She was a fiercely independent woman who married, had 2 children, and worked as a Rosie during WWll. When her husband passed, she drove from Indiana to Florida every winter to work at a Christmas tree farm. She passed away in 2007 at 97 years old. Her birthday is in September, and I'd like to put the look together as a tribute.
I saw a wrench in the shop, and I refreshed the shop too quickly and missed the chance to get it. I think I've got the uniform together, and I'm hoping someone has a tool. I'm willing to trade a gray Da Finchie or some blob micropets.
I would also greatly appreciate it if anyone has additional ideas for the outfit. Pics included for reference.
Just opened the app to check Violet's adventure progress and noticed the Special Quests have returned! Whoo hoo! Thanks devs!!
I've been using Finch for about 6 months, and I have no idea how to visit any of my tree friends. Will someone tell me how? Thanks!
Request is closed, I've met some awesome peeps and their birbs and have received awesome plushies! Thank you to everyone who reached out, may your trees prosper and your birbs fly high!!

Hi all, Violet and paradachs popping in with a wish/request or possible trade. I'm looking for a bear plushie, either purple, black, or white. I know they're supposed to be available in the shop this month, but they haven't shown up for me, and I'm a little impatient, lol.
I have the Supergirl dress and sunglasses, a pink kilt outfit, a couple of poof micropets, and gum drop the plop, and a couple of pebble micropets to trade, if anyone's interested. I also have other stuff I would be willing to trade. Thanks!
Salted caramel cashew butter cookies
Ingredients:
1 - 16oz jar salted caramel cashew butter
2 eggs
1.5 cups granulated sugar
Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Mix cashew butter, eggs, and sugar until combined. The mixture will be very thick.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for an hour. The oils in the cashew butter will make the dough too soft to work with if you don't chill it before baking.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop, (I think mine is 1.5 or 2 inches, not sure), place dough on cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. You can use a fork to flatten the dough and make a criss-cross pattern, but if the dough is too warm, your fork will stick.
Bake for 9 minutes. Let cool in pan 15 minutes before moving to a rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Enjoy!
Notes:
This is a variation of the "easy peanut butter cookie" recipe I used when my adult sons were kids. That recipe is a 1:1 ratio of ingredients: 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 egg, and 1 cup of sugar. I used 1.5 cups of sugar, instead of 2, in these cookies because the cashew butter is already sweet enough.
I used 2 pans to bake the cookies, one light and one dark. The lighter pan resulted in lighter cookies and needed another minute to brown.
The recipe made 29 cookies, but of course we had to do quality control when the first batch was done. They are yummy!!

Been jobless since October, and things are getting *rough*. I start Monday!!

I made the sauce with fresh Roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper. Garlic & herb dough with hamburger, mushrooms, and smothered in mozzarella. Sooooo good! 😋
Welp, our Otto caught and killed his first mouse tonight. I didn't even know we had a mouse! I heard him snuffing around in the kitchen, and then he dropped something on the entryway rug.
I'm so happy I taught him "drop it" and "leave it". I gave him some turkey as a reward, but he's pouting I took his mouse away and disposed of it.
Don't let his cute face fool you. This good boi can hunt.
At 8.5 years old, our goofy floof has yet to master the art of blanket burrowing without help, yet he can twist around in them until he's all snuggled in. He is, however, quite skilled at hiding among the couch pillows. 💙💙
I tend to be accident-prone and an unintentional danger to myself. Today's discovery is spot on, lol.
