Over the course of a group ride, theres going to be stops where HR comes down. There should be a way to merge activities instances that happened for one workout that also counts the rest stops or slowdown period.

Just received my tantrum vest, looking to use it to race 100km - 100mi trail races coming up. Anyone have any longer-term use thoughts on it? Feels good so far, I'm most attracted to the 600ml flasks and the simplified front pockets. Other one I'm debating is s/lab ultra 12 (not the adv skin 12, which I already have for longer events and is too hot for faster races because of the waterproof layer imo).

Hi after I fly to a new time zone, the google health app wont update to the new time zone. I have it set to automatic and tried all the recommended fixes (switching to manual, sync then switch back to auto, logging out and back in). Even selecting the correct time zone manually still shows the wrong times.
I'm running wildstrubel 110 soon and I saw the requirements about not being allowed to use airplane mode for your phone. I get the safety element but my phone is quite old with a bad battery and id prefer not to charge it during the race.
In practice, is this enforced via an app or any other method? Thank you

I'm looking to race Wildstrubel this year (113km, 6600m gain) and given the distance, am on the lookout for a race or "super" trail shoe.
My go to trainer/raceday shoe are the saucony xodus ultra 2s but they're getting worn out and it's getting harder to find replacements. The last fits my feet pretty much perfectly.
I have relatively narrow feet - I've tried tecton X3s and prodigio pros and the toebox is way too wide for me (feet move around too much).
I'm also quite good with technical terrain given I'm in the US east coast so stability issues are less of a concern for me in general (and for this race). More of a mid-heel striker. Potentially considering trying the agravic ultras but are there any other shoes that are on the faster and narrower side worth trying or should I just go with peregrines?
