LTwoo R9 vs Sensah Empire (2x11s)

I've found a bunch of cheap Chinese frames and given the price of groupsets and wheels, I'm tempted to try and build a whole carbon disc brake bike for less than 1000€.

Seeing as Shimano R7000 or R7100 mechanical DB groupsets are north of 400€, SRAM and Campy being even more expensive, and I can't find anything used in my area, I've started looking at LTwoo and Sensah. The price is about 210€ for the R9 and ~250€ for the Empire (shipped), both of which are mechanical 2x11, hydraulic disk groupsets. This includes a cassette, crankset, bottom bracket, chain, discs, calipers, and brake levers.

I'm no stranger to wrenching Shimano parts, but I'd like some opinions on the two Chinese brands. I've read LTwoo can have questionable QC and that Sensah front derailleurs are worth less than the material they're made of. Does anyone have any firsthand experience or pointers? TIA

PS2 SPDIF audio signal to ElectronAnalog output?

I know the usual way to connect the ElectronAnalog in a PS2 is to enable RGB mode and use the analog L/R audio channels from the video out port.

However, the ElectronAnalog board has an option for SPDIF input. The PS2 has a SPDIF out. It seems like a match made in heaven, just leave the audio processing to whatever the data sink is. Why isn't this wiring more common?

Does anyone know which pin or testpoint I'd have to tap into on the PS2 motherboard to wire it to the SPDIF input on the ElectronAnalog board, or are there schematics available for the SCPH-50004 motherboard?

SRS module reset

I have an MX5 built in late 2016. During a track day I got involved in a fender bender and popped an airbag. I replaced that immediately and also got the fender fixed. I want the airbags to work so I gave the module to a workshop that said they can do a reset.

They showed me the eeprom data before and after their change, letting me know my VIN was still in there. But when I plugged the module back and powered up the car, every light on the dash lit up.

Am I supposed to do something else? Reset a specific code in the ecu or recalibrate a sensor, possibly with a very expensive obd dongle and accompanying software (IDS/VCS)?
