I recently bought a Ninja Slushy machine. It has been maybe less than a week and I have made 2/3 drinks and it's been fine but today I was going to make one and this is all it does. All the buttons are not responsive and only those 2 lights stay on. I have made sure that everything is in correctly and unplugged and let it reset but still nothing. Any helpful tips/suggestions is appreciated.

No matter what time of day I am playing I sit in matching making forever and basically end up quitting to a different game because I never get out into one. I've had the game since they launched the PS5 ports and I'm level 11 because of how little success rate I have into getting into any match. Does anyone have any tips or are also experiencing this?
