Hi everyone,

I'm looking to buy my first proper pair of running shoes and would really appreciate some recommendations.

My requirements:

- Budget: Up to ₹5,000

- Running surface: Roads/pavement

- Distance: Less than 5 km per day (3–5 times a week)

- Goal: General fitness and improving stamina (not racing)

I'm looking for a shoe with:

- Good cushioning

- Comfortable fit for beginners

- Durable outsole for road running

- Good value for money

I have just called nabard HO and they informed me that the result is expected to be declared by the end of this week but not definitely to be today . It seems there's a slight delay but they assured me that the result will be announced within this week. Hopefully that's the case and we won't have to wait much longer.

It's just taking my patience level!

Is there any group for playing cricket in turf in daman ?

Anybody here who is preparing for licentiate associateship and fellowship?

I called NABARD HRM today to ask about the result, but the call went unanswered. Honestly many of us are waiting for the result.

Earlier, exams used to be conducted and results declared pretty efficiently.Now everything seems delayed, especially prelim results. The worst part is that candidates remain confused about whether they should prepare for mains or not. Waiting for months without any update makes the whole process stressful .. unfortunately, this is happening in nabard da mains too!
