this post is for astral-based entities. When it comes to NHI in general like Nordics, greys, there will always be semantic shocks. I have very limited experiences with incarnate NHI like greys, Nordics, insectoids, but a lot more for astral travel based critters. Now, into the post.
When you're in dreams, meditating, taking plant medicine, or astral travelling, sometimes you will meet malevolent entities. Sometimes the stick around, linger in your space, and generally siphon off your energies as you go about your day. This post will talk about some things to ward them off as well as what to look out for when dealing with entities in general, as the bad ones can sometimes mascarade as good ones to the uninitiated.
Kind and benevolent entities will fill your energy with love, calming energy, kindness. Once, I made contact with an entity and right before the dialog began, literally every single happy moment I had ever experienced flashed before my mind in a golden manner. It was as if I had been standing at the beach, the sun making my body warm. That feeling washed over me at the same time, it was so lovely! The rest of the day and the following day I was in the afterglow of the experience and I was truly grateful for it.
As we are approaching the end of the shift, the negative that controls this planet will get more and more desperate. They will disguise themselves as mystic, or maybe even golden themselves. However, if they don't give you love, peace, kindness, you should be weary of their message and presence.
guard your energy friends, it is paramount that we raise our vibration in the next coming weeks and months. It's okay if you have bad dreams. The negative often does influence dreams to dim your light.
-If you meet an entity whose vibe is hostile, superior, or malevolent, bye!

The good aligned entities are connected to source, which is love / light. My friends, a good contact will not harm you, won't scare you, won't try to take energy from you, won't keep you in a place that is scary, won't try to make you feel inferior as to terrify you (some creatures are very big and you might get scared seeing them, this is not what I'm talking about. It has everything to do with their words and actions towards you). and definitely won't speak of "doom and destruction and a way to have you spiraling. (They may give grave messages but they normally come from a base of hope/love/help not fear or hopelessness. however this might be different with extraterrestrials as apposed to astral beings)
Our world has already been chosen to be saved, we will not face a mass extinction event, however, there will be challenges that affect us at this time. Look at some of the places in the world still experiencing war. This transition of frequencies will not be an "easy" one, but one that is necessary to rid the planet of its negatively aligned parasites. My friends, we have already won. So do not concern yourself with dealings of dark entities, they are simply desperate.

take time in the day to think of love. Pets you love or have loved, people, family, animals, places, moments, memories, experiences, relationships, think only of the positive and the love.
Gratitude: when you have a meal, a shower, clean clothes, remember to thank the loving source energy that created all there is, thank the universe for the good you have. There is a lot of good and kindness here, despite everything. There is so much to be thankful for, and taking time out of your day to recognize it is so powerful.
sending love through your heart center. Imagine the people of your community, one by one. Your family, your friends, people you care about. Maybe even people you don't know well, but wish them well. Imagine the golden white (sometimes pink lol) loving light of the one creator leaving your heart and finding these people, wishing them good vibes, energy, miracles, opportunity, and kindess.
If you find yourself face to face with a dark entity, you must give it unconditional love. Yes, love. It's the one thing they cannot stand, because their whole deal is on seperation from source, which is an infinite intelligence of light and love. They cannot use love as fuel as it will align then again with God and they will possibly convert to good or be forced into some kind of reincarnation, or something. All I know is love is the only thing they fear.
If you give them love, they might laugh at you or make you feel weak. Keep doing it, they lie. Once, I had to do this 3 or so times during a moment of ego death. But eventually it was forced to leave. If you need help with visualizing, picture someone caring for others out of love for them, picture a love that transcends the physical. A mother and her child, parents sacrificing their time and energy to provide for their children. Basically anything that has a strong emotional reaction for you in the positive.
If you can make yourself smile while doing it, you now you're on the right track. They also hate when you do harmonics with your voice while giving them love, something about the "om" frequency from chanting really messes with them. Burning sage can also work.
Also, call on your loving spirit guides (sould guides, guardian angels, the good ones 👍🏻) and ask for help. If in serious need, call on archangel Metatron or Michael. You have to call them with your heart and with love, so first do the visualizations, focus on the love, then use it to call these archangels. I know, this might seem like a lot, but these beings are likely 6th, 7th or 8th density and are very focused on the earth right now. It helps.

I'm here today to talk about the "Law of One," which I believe is a very very important piece of reading material required for all with good in their hearts as we navigate this tumultuous time in history.
The law of one is a series of sessions where American spiritual medium Carla L. Rueckert channeled a very advanced entity known as "Ra."
I know what you're thinking! Seems crazy, but this entity comes with info about the one god of light/love, and shares with us many fascinating things about how this energy lives in us and affects us. This entity apparently goes by Ra because this was the name given to it when it first appeared to humanity.
This entity speaks about many, many things. Primarily, the law of one that states all things are one. That all things, when looked at objectively are of the creator and all things will return to it. Now, there are layers to this, and it does mean you directly will be all things on earth, however, it does state that at some point god will experience ALL that there is, essentially stating that when you look in the mirror , you see the creator. When you look at others, you see the creator. "All things, all of life, all of the creation is part of one original thought.”
Ra has two main paths he describes that are both allowed to exist: service to others and service to self. It explains that in life, some form of self service is warranted, for example, choosing to save your own life when there is danger. However, we must be careful to what degree our self serving goes, as the entity also gives a cautionary tale to those who seek services to self above all else.
