If you run SFP from one warehouse... July 6 might be rough.

Been digging through Amazon's new SFP requirements and one thing stood out.

For standard-size items, the 1-day delivery requirement jumps from 30% to 40% starting July 6. That's a pretty big jump if you're shipping nationwide from a single warehouse.

Other changes:

- Standard: 1-day 30% → 40%, 2-day 70% → 75%

- Oversize: 1-day 10% → 15%, plus a new 80% 5-day target

- Extra-large: 2-day 15% → 25%, plus a new 60% 5-day target

Amazon is ignoring weekends in the speed metrics until October 17, so that gives sellers a little breathing room. But the new thresholds still start on July 6.

What surprised me most was the extra-large jump from 15% to 25%. That's gonna hit anyone shipping bulky stuff from one location.

Am I tripping, or is this gonna be a problem for a lot of single-warehouse SFP sellers?

Curious how y'all are planning for it.
