I've been in love with the same girl since 7th grade. It was always one-sided because I never had the courage to tell her how I felt. Even after all these years and graduating, my feelings for her haven't changed.

After 12th grade, I moved to another city for higher studies. Today, I saw her again, and I found out that she has also moved to the same city. Seeing her brought back all the feelings I thought I'd buried.

The only problem is that I think she has a boyfriend. I don't know if I should tell her how I've felt all these years or just respect her life and move on.

What would you do if you were in my place? I'd really appreciate some honest advice.

Mera genuine question yeh hai ki aisa kyun? Agar unke paas achhe ideas aur insights hain, toh kya unhe itne dramatic ya over-the-top presentation ki zaroorat hai? Kya yeh audience engagement ke liye hota hai, personal branding ke liye, ya phir podcasting/content creation ka normal part hai?

Main hate nahi kar raha, bas samajhna chahta hoon ki kuch creators apni natural personality ki jagah itna amplified version kyun present karte hain.

Today something happened at my office that has left me stressed and worried. There was an intern who worked with us for around 1.5 months, but the company has still not paid his salary.

Somehow, the intern got in touch with me and asked for my boss's phone number because he wanted to speak to him about his pending salary. I shared the number with him because I thought he was simply asking for what he had earned.

Now, the management is upset with me for giving him the boss's contact number. Instead of addressing the salary issue, they are blaming me. The managers here are behaving very poorly, and the whole situation feels unfair.

I am honestly scared because tomorrow afternoon I have a meeting with my boss, and I don't know what is going to happen. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Did I do something wrong by sharing the number? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a manager, he doesn't do any work himself. He just pretends to be working hard, but he's never seen actually doing anything significant.

And on top of that, he's always targeting me. Do this, do that, complete this, update that. Sometimes it feels like he's made me a servant, not an employee.

His own work is separate, but he thinks I'm responsible for everything. And if something gets delayed or an issue arises, he blames me directly.

I don't know if I'm just overthinking it, or if my manager is really a total jerk who just pretends to be busy and gets the work done by others.

Do you guys have managers like that in your office too? What should I do in such a case? 😐
