What happened to the embargo on Cuba getting oil? Last I hear was that Russian ships were taking oil there. Anyone have more info or have I missed something?

I thought the Cuban government would have fallen by now…

So, now that they are going to block bank connections unless you pay.... I guess -since i do not have a lot of transactions- technically i will pay for the pro plan every three months and do everything I need that month I pay, that way I pay 4 times instead of 12 ( $80 vs $240 )
