What are my chances on getting fired
I sprained my ankle in February (4 days off), Sedgwick denied my loa bc of “insufficient” evidence, even tho I sent them everything they sent me.
I had to call off 1 day bc of personal reasons
My TL said they’re going to try and fight my termination
I just need input.
