Spam message on newly activated Minternet TMO-G4AR

Received my minternet kit. Activation and usage started well late last night, July 3 and into early hours of today. Today, less than 10% of the speeds down, and I'm locked out of the gateway, two hard gateway resets won't restore the default password on gateway on Mint app. All started when I updated the gateway name. Now, 2 long phone calls with minternet and they are shipping a replacement.

Today, the above random message was on the G4AR message screen.

If I call the cell number for the router, a 919# it tells me the phone number is restricted. Are spam messages on the gateway an issue for others, sure doesn't seem like this should happen. I have never even heard of jerryai, BTW, an online insurance site. Surprised this popped up on the gateway's message screen.

Autopay and why do I have to make a payment in person at store?

Apologies... this is way too long but this is the kind of "help" xfinity has provided me....

My monthly autopay failed to process on June 21/22 for my payment, the same card that was successfully used previously to pay bill, was told nothing was processed from xfinity by my credit card company.

As a result, xfinity is not allowing me to pay bill online, phone, IVR or app and i must visit a "store" to pay. This despite not having had a payment late or declined payment previously. There are no payment blocks on my account per xfinity.

I am currently having  mobility issues and cannot make it to a store and have repeatedly informed xfinity staff multiple times about this...but it does not matter.

The policy for in-person payments by xfinity is two late or refused payments in a 6-month period.

Despite using chat, phone, app, and text and posting this on the xfinity forums, xfinity doesn't seem to know why either, and the forum staff have basically given up telling me to contact security....and then sending a broken link to the security page; and this security page has limited reporting options, none of which encapsulate what I am experiencing.

A csr even had the audacity to claim it was suspicious that I could go to an xfinity store in February but not now, and insinuated that since I have used visa gift cards in the past to make partial payments that xfinity readily accepted, that there may be "fraud", and they were somehow "protecting" me, this despite multiple security codes verifying it was me, and even questioning that my desire to make a payment was also suspect...wow!

I have been a customer since 1988. Assurances that I would be contacted and helped are not followed up on. I spent 3 hours on 6/23 and 2 hours on 6/24 and another hour+ with xfinity forums chat/dm today and still can't get a resolution from xfinity to allow me to make a payment either by phone or website.

The awful ai chat is near impossible to bypass and too stupid to comprehend my issue, and phone hold times are ridiculously long.

I posted my issue in the xfinity forums. I swear nobody actually reads my direct messages and a rotating cast of xfinity reps reply asking for things I have already shared. I see no reason to contact security for what I believe will be another disappointing experience.
