Will there ever be a native MacOS app, opposed to the iPad version?

Works mostly fine, but there are numerous quirks due to it not being native.

I am looking to full remove the thumb clutch with a flush/flat surface.

Do I have any real options?

Mouse is perfect but the button doesn’t allow my thumb to lay flat and in a proper position.
