i placed my birthday order during the early access and it still hasn't shipped. the website says up to 10 days for shipping. we are now on day 11. usually when companies say allow for "__ days" it's to leave room for error or delays, not "you should expect to wait this long". waiting almost 2 weeks and it still hasnt shipped is kind of unacceptable. they know their demand, they should be staffing enough to be able to get orders out in a reasonable time frame. i spent almost $300 on an order that im kind of starting to not even want at this point. i am hearing on tik tok if you placed an order with a sweatshirt, people are thinking those are the ones not shipping, but there was nothing on the website saying that this would happen. this is definitely such first world problems but 11 days and they havent even created a label is wild to me.
