people that eat ass... have you ever gotten sick or E. coli?

i'm pretty vanilla in this regard and this is something I will never ever ever ever ever ever do. I'm way too much of a hypochondriac. I just assume that people that do this end up with digestive diseases or something?? what has been your experience doing this? Good or bad.
