Logic Pro spiking ram

Hi,
Bought a refurbushed MacBook M1 Max 16inch, 10core CPU, 32core GPU, 64gb RAM, 4TB SSD. Overall very happy with it and a great machine, it’s pretty much the maxed out spec version from when it was released in 2021. However recently I downloaded stats to monitor the laptops performance and noticed when using logic the ram is spiking very high. When I have a project open with around 80 tracks, using instances of mainly serum but sometimes kontakt and multiple third party plugins the ram is spiking as high as 80%. Even when starting new ideas, having 2-3 tracks with serum or kontakt on the ram seems to spike to 25%? I know this machine is extremely powerful so this doesn’t seem right? I checked and all my plugins as updated to the latest versions. Thanks

BBQ went wrong, seeking advice!

I have a mini 13inch kamado grill. I lit my lump coals, all were white, grill was very very hot! Vents were all the way open. Was aiming to sear not low and slow this time so didn’t use a heat deflector plate. The outside grill thermometer was reading 650- 750F. I placed my whole fish on the grill and immediately lots of fire appeared and went up in flames. The fish got burnt straight away. As soon as I took the fish off the fire went away. I wasted my sea bream! I cooked whole sea bass last week on a bigger charcoal bbq without any issues - got the grill around 415c with a few small flare ups but fish came out really nice. Both times I oiled the fish before grilling, maybe I was a little more generous this second time round with the oil. A few questions I would like to ask -

Was my kamado grill just to hot, should I have closed the lid and closed my vents at least a little and waited for temperature to reduce before starting cooking?

Did I put too much oil on the fish this time round?

Could it be a combination of both of these?

How can I avoid a large flare ups/ fire as soon as I lay my fish/ meat down on the grill in the future?
