Hello!

I'm looking for help, when I turn on my lummin it heats over 520 after 15 minutes, then opens the lid to clean and sear the meat and falls between 350 and 400, after 5 minutes opens the lid again to turn on the meat and falls again between 300 and 350 and never get raise again at least 400 so the meat doesn't get sear just parboiled on that side, even after 15 minutes of waiting.
