Am I the only one..?

… who notices zero effect with creatine/taurine or any of the -ines and still nothing on higher doses?

… who actually sleeps worse taking magnesium glycinate?

… who wrecks my sleep if I take magnesium L-threonate?

… who feels zero relaxation or sleep benefits from L-theanine?

… who notices zero effects from high vitamin D doses taken with magnesium + fatty meals?

… who experiences zero extra energy from caffeine?

… who in general never have seen any real benefit from any supplement out there?

Is this normal or am I actually just in the majority here?

How to deal with extreme insomnia on mirtazapine tapering?

Hello,
So I used 15mg of mirtazapine for about 15 months for sleep. It worked well for about 13 months and then it stopped working. Slept less and less. Now Im trying to get off it which is extremely hard. I taper slowly but I havent sleept more than 1-2 hours in several weeks. I’m considering just going cold turkey to get it over with more quickly but not sure if its a good idea. I dont trust my doctor as she promised you couldnt build up a tolerance to this drug, and here I am.

Any tips on how to regain some sleep while having withdrawals? I’m desperate lol.

For the record I do every thing «by the book». Exercising, eating healthy (zero processed sugars), as little screens as possible. Nothing is working.

Thanks

Has anyone tried exposure therapy while on ketamine treatment?

As in the title, has anyone tried exposure therapy while on ketamine treatment? That is, for example you struggle with either extreme worries so severe that even thinking about them sends you spiraling and into massive overthinking? Or for instance more situational events like social anxiety, fear of whatever (spiders, heights etc). Did you have any specific approach to facing your fears or did you just yolo into it so to speak?

In a month I am trying out a six infusions over three weeks therapy and I am trying to study as much as I can beforehand to utilise the time frame I have while having the effects of the treatment.

Thanks!
