Abbi Pulling Interview with Dive-Bomb After her NXT Test

This is a few days old but I didn't see anyone else post it here, so I wanted to share.

She gets into some interesting stuff. Especially in the last 5 minutes she talks about the physiological challenges for a woman to drive an IndyCar with no power steering and advocates for some form of power steering in the IR28 (which I know has been rumored).

I thought it was really interesting to hear a female athlete be this blunt about physiology and the challenges of being a female athlete competing with men.

Can any setup or vehicle dynamics nerds help me figure out what Colton Herta means here.

I have a technical question for the race engineering and setup nerds out there:

The linked article appeared on racer after Herta's FP1 appearance at Hungary yesterday. In it he compares F1 cars to IndyCars and makes the following statement:

“I think the power is a lot more than an IndyCar, especially the initial torque and the lower gears. So you have to be quite a bit straighter in an IndyCar when getting on power. You can't have as much combined. But I would say the entry to middle phase of the corner is actually quite similar."

This feels backwards to me? Wouldn't more torque require you to be straighter on corner exit to avoid oversteer than a less torque-y car? I get F1 cars have more grip but he doesn't mention grip at all here. Unless that's what he's talking about when he says "You can't have as much combined".

Race Replays or Media in Spanish?

Like a lot of Americans I've been enjoying the world cup on Telemundo and it got me wondering about IndyCar broadcasts or media in Spanish.

I've watched IndyCar in Mexico in Spanish so I know someone is out there doing it, but now that I'm back in the US I don't know where to find replays in Spanish. Anyone have any suggestions?

Suggestions involving VPNs are very much allowed fwiw

Pruett definitely DID NOT report Dixon to McLaren

Didn't want this to get buried in the other thread, so I'm starting a new thread. I just finished the This week in IndyCar podcast and Pruett says "Dixon is indeed going to McLaren... Has been rumored" then follows it up with a few more thoughts on how he is hearing a crazy amount of Dixon Rumors and some will turn out to be true and some won't. The comments start around 19:12 if you want to hear for yourself.

https://open.spotify.com/episode/5OqGl3jdz0WnBdFRrYESXg

Pruett does these podcasts off the dome and likes to expound on people's questions, so sometimes he words things awkwardly. I think it's pretty reasonable to assume that if he did have the Dixon to McLaren news confirmed he would not have broken it like this.

Interactive stats page

For those of us who want to nerd out: I've been working on an interactive stats page for the last few months and I finally have it ready to share.

Right now it dates back to the start of the IRL and lets you filter by season, track type, number of races, or a custom date range.

Stat definitions are available on hover or more info is in the linked stats glossary.

It's going to be an ongoing work in progress, so if you see any issues or want to see any additional features let me know!

OT: Nineteen U.S. attorneys general voice concerns to F1, FIA over tobacco industry sponsorship

No mention of ~7M people watching McLaren run a Velo sponsorship at the Indy 500. Not sure if that's a win or lose for the series.

Has anyone cracked the code of autonomous workflows on windsurf? What is your setup and what lessons have you learned?

For those willing to offer tailored advice, here is my personal context:
I'm on a Pro plan and would like to leverage the usage I'm already paying for, to set up autonomous workflows. I know there is a bit of mention of how to use an agents.md file in windsurf's docs, but its not very in-depth and I'm still new enough to all this that I can't quite make heads or tails of it.

I also tried asking some of the newer models to set things up for me (GTP Codex 5.3 medium/high thinking) and I ended up with an AGENTS.md file in a root folder and a separate .windsurf/workflows/autonomous-iterations.md file, but I don't think the 2 files have a clear scope and its pretty obvious this model doesn't have much context on windsurf (even after I told it to read the docs).

Specific advice is very much appreciated or just let me know what's worked for you!
