I have a prepaid sim.
I have some questions.

Q1: Can i convert my prepaid to postpaid, will it work?
Q2: My UPI services is linked to this prepaid sim number. How to use UPI if this prepaid sim goes invalid?
Q3: To buy new sim there, whats the documents required?

I have two half sites in a BDA layout (bangalore) both of these are next to each other. One brought through allotment (purchased sites have 10years of lease period) and another is brought through auction (these don't have any lease period).

Now I want to join (amalgamation) these sites, make it a bigger one amd build my house. But as per bda rules I am not able to amalgamate..

Is there any solution to this???
