Help

My mom recently passed and she was keeping two budgies which came to me. They're in this small white cage together and they have a toy, a bath, a treat stick, two food bowls, a water bowl and some kind of yellow perch/chalk like thing? I know they probably need a bigger cage which I will try to save up for but is there anything else they may need or would enjoy? I've never kept birds before and I really don't want to have to rehome them because they're all I have of her but I will if it's what is absolutely best for them. Any advice would be amazing.

Forgot to mention I live in a relatively small trailer and have no room for a hugely massive cage but could probably swing a few feet in length/height, I also don't make a whole lot and I'm now supporting a special needs brother and a minor brother so money is tight. Any tips on cheap upgrades would be amazing. Thank you in advance!

I think I was too aggressive...

Is it trying to seduce me? I mean I know I look awesome but jeez...maybe it's because I took it's clothing off, sending mixed signals.

Advice/suggestions

I have a pink toe tarantula and I have her in an...ok, setup but I was wanting to see if it could be improved upon and also if there was a way I could theme it? If that makes sense. I really wanna do a jurassic theme but I'm not sure if it would be worth it if it would only stress her. I've had her a few months now and she hasn't webbed at all so I'm assuming she also doesn't like her current setup. Photo of current setup attached.
