My first attempt at painting on copper!
Painted this one during an online workshop with Arthur Gain.
The patina on the copper panel was achieved by using a mixture of salt and vinegar on the surface of the panel.

I am currently looking to rent my first apartment in NY as a Canadian.
I had a virtual tour with an agent today and after telling me I'd like to apply, i received a list or requirement including a $1000$ deposit just to apply.
Is that normal/customary?
