When's the next Scream Unseen?
I haven't seen much about a Scream Unseen since the last one. Anyone have an idea of the next date and movie possibilities?

I'm on a dual path of AFC and CFP. I would like to open a firm that can offer distinct services for both financial counseling and financial advising/planning. Below are my options (I bought the accompanying urls already). Each name has its own positives and drawbacks. I would love feedback on just the names listed, as well as which you think is best.
-Mason Financial Advising
-Mason Financial Plans
-Mason Wealth Planning.
Thanks!

Hello group!
I passed the SIE today! I would say I spent about a month studying in earnest. In the beginning I just watched Series 7 Guru, Ken Finnen, and some pass masters. Then I really got into CertFuel and loved it! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Some questions and subjects on the exam I didn't encounter on any platform or video or practice tests, which really through me off.
My biggest and huge issue was the ProMetric proctor system (I tested at home). It was absolutely horrible. I had done a systems check before downloading, then another after download, then one before the exam. They all passed perfectly. Then when I clicked start exam and I got to the screen where I had to take a picture of myself and my ID, it kept saying "upload failed, try again" . I restarted the proctor 3 times, tried 2 different webcams, reinstalled it, rebooted my computer, and other techniques I don't even remember. There is no easy number to call for support. I eventually got through using chat (which can't be done on the testing computer) and the chat agent was not helpful at all. I eventually called my work IT who finally was able to resolve. When I finally got into the room scan portion, the proctor agent said her microphone wasn't working so I had to exit the whole proctor and start over. In between the proctor crashed my computer, kept getting confused about my webcam, and would time out.
Overall I didn't start my exam until about an hour and a half past my scheduled time. Luckily that didn't really matter because once I finally got into the actual exam, I had had the full exam time.
Super glad I'm done and I passed, but the proctor experience was horrible.
Hello,
I've been studying using YouTube lectures and CertFuel (which has been amazing), but so far I haven't found resources on newer topics such as crypto, AI, etc. Is this stuff on the exam? Any suggested free resources?
Thanks!
Hello,
For anyone who has taken the exam and the practice exam on the FINRA site, how close did the practice resemble the actual exam?
I just scored an 84 on the practice and am wondering how confident I should be.
Thanks!
Hello everyone,
I’m hoping to get some industry insight on how firms handle historical U4 disclosures.
Fourteen years ago, I went through a dark period that resulted in two back-to-back drug-related arrests in Arizona. Since then, I completely turned my life around: got clean, got married, bought a home, and have maintained a spotless record for over a decade.
I’ve taken every legal and professional step to put this behind me:
Legal: I successfully petitioned the courts to "set aside" my convictions and restore my rights. One record is no longer in the public system, and the other shows the charges as dismissed.
Clearance: I was granted a Good Cause Exemption for an Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card. This is notoriously difficult to get with a record and required proving my rehabilitation to a judging panel.
Education & Career: I completed my Bachelor's and two Master's degrees, including an MBA, and have built a stable, decade-long professional career.
I know I am well past the 10-year statutory disqualification window for FINRA and can legally be licensed. However, my concern is firm-level compliance.
My questions:
Even though FINRA won't block me, how strict are individual firms' internal policies regarding 14-year-old, set-aside drug offenses?
Does anyone know of specific firms (or types of firms, like independent RIAs vs. wirehouses) that are more flexible and willing to look at the documented evidence of my rehabilitation?
Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
