This is our home which we are constructing in our Village ,Tamilnadu (added this for more traditional style suggestion )

To the left of the staircase we will have our car parking and to the right and front of staircase we will have a 15ft high compound wall , though of using jaali upto a certain height for the front and right of the compound and for the car parking we will go with some sort roofing sheets instead of concrete ceiling and then for the white wall above the window suggest some designs that we could use...

So the wall to the right and front of the staircase will be 15ft and to the left the entire space will be utilised as covered car parking(covered with some roofing materials like roof tile or roofing sheets )
