Are you excited or planning to pick this up?

Sweet Surrender is a single player fast-paced roguelike VR shooter with tons of upgrades and weapons. You can make some crazy combos w/ 3slots now per weapon and you can wield a laser sword in addition to the guns. It released Oct 2025 and is on sale for $15 until 8/13/2026. The devs did a solid port w/ lots of PSVR2 features, as well as adding regular updates and QOL improvements. The trailer above shows the latest. Unfortunately the game has not sold that well in PSVR2, but I am hoping word of mouth and a cheaper price can help turn that around.

If you are not into roguelikes it also has a mode that upon death you restart at the beginning of the current level you are playing.

The devs have also announced a new game called DRIFTERS: Blackout Crew which is a 4-player co-op sci-fi extraction shooter. It has not been announced for PSVR2 but if Sweet Surrender sells better maybe they will port it over.

Do you plan to pick up Sweet Surrender during this sale? If you already own it, do you recommend Sweet Surrender for $15?
