What kind of ride pattern/groove is this? I want to know how to explain to my drummer

I am struggling to create the bubbly sound arpeggiator in the background of this track

Any idea on how the sound was the created would be greatly appreciated.

Is it played by holding a chord and using the arpeggiator?
