My wife and I recently purchased our house in western MA last year. We have been following a lot of the posts on how to maintain our grass and have been pleasantly surprised on the results. We've come to the conclusion that we need to overseed come September. But, were torn on what to do. Attached is a pic of the grass. We have a good irrigation system and LOTS of partial shade/shade with mature trees in our yard. We would love soft and durable grass that pairs well with our current grass. So our questions are 1. What should we overseed with (I read blue resilience might be a good option but not sure we have a lot of TTTF) and 2. What do we have (KBG and fine fescue??). Appreciate the help guys
Edit: yes, I'm a class A asshole and put overseeing, not overseeding. And yes, I'm 2 beers deep
