New to this subreddit. I like to burn candles but finding good quality has been a challenge.

Picked up some Yankee Candles at an estate sale and they were satisfactory. I've since bought retail. But I was at the store and saw a brand, Wood Wicks. Burns very evenly and the actual wooden wick makes a crackling sound similar to a light rain on you windows. Easily the equal of Yankee. I wonder if there are other brands you all would recommend that burn evenly and completely in a similar price range to these two?

It has been over 18 years. Mothers Day. She bore my children. Light of my life. Apple of my eye.

But after a time you just get all cried out. Remember those early days of impossibly wracking sobs? It tapered off. You found a "new normal". Now, I'm just numb. A tear might trickle down but I reached a place I've never been. Anyone else here?
