Personal trainer?
I have never been a gym girlie. Like literally haven’t been inside a gym since school, never used any equipment. But I’m postpartum with my second and my core is literally in pieces. Too intimidated to join a Pilates class bc those women are always shredded. Anyone know a good personal trainer who can help me with some basic strength training and core rebuilding? Bonus if it’s a woman bc men could never understand 😂
