Hey yall,

I'm a heavy haul truck driver, ive pulled loads larger than most people know exist on trailers with more axles than I have hair.

I think it's time for me to give up the OTR lifestyle, its about time for me to settle down and live a slightly normal life.

How much would my skills translate to heavy wrecker work? Ive got a lot of experience with machinery, cranes, rigging, trailer construction, and general mechanic knowledge. Would this transfer over pretty well?

I register my vehicles in texas, where I "technically" live, but I have cars scattered all over the country (I travel for work).

Can I register my car in texas but have them drop it off in Oregon?

in the spirit of trying to reduce weight, what are people wearing to sleep? Id hate to pack in a whole set of pajamas, but I also dont want to sleep in my dirty hiking clothes? do you have a "camp outfit" vs "hike outfit"? Or do you just wear your hiking clothes to bed and deal with getting your sleeping back dirty?

Been spending a bunch of money on a Hotspot router thing, and realized its WAY cheaper and unlimited to just get a plan put on a laptop.

Im buying a new laptop soon, and I need it with fast, unlimited signal, for gaming and downloading and stuff.

Can I just get any run of the mill gaming laptop and bring it to my nearby Verizon store? Or do I need to make sure it has a certain capatability?

I really like the Grand design mav 17 or 22, but dont like not being able to put the bed down without removing the bike of the 17
